Hi, I wanted to check back in with you on your two sound tracks you had me preview. One I used a lot more than the other. So I will commment on that one for now. I have to tell you I rarely endorse things, but in this case, I did find some very positive results.
I listened to "Get Motivated" and found it helped me in two areas. I felt more upbeat and able to tackle some work that I usually dragged my feet in getting done.
I also found that it helped me in some unexpected ways to make some breakthroughs in some false beliefs formed in early childhood about what life is like. I had worked on these beliefs, but still found them cropping up from time to time. "Get Motivated" adjusted my thinking in some way, which allowed me to make some changes to more appropriate beliefs.
